Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act
In response to growing multilateral concern over Iran’s nuclear ambitions, President Obama is scheduled to sign into law later today a new round of U.S. sanctions aimed at restricting Iran. The Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act was passed by Congress on June 24th and further strengthens United Nations Security Council Resolution 1929
